Modify Your Registration:
You can edit your personal details or register additional services online on or before 28th Jan 2024 2300 hrs (GMT+ 3). Changes after 1^st February 2024 will be subject to an administrative fee of SAR 100 per delegate. All changes must be in writing; no changes or cancellations will be accepted by telephone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refund must be in writing to the conference secretariat at ssrcon@mci-group.com 100% refund - the congress secretariat must receive a notification of cancellation in writing at least 30 days before the event. This will entitle the delegate to a 100% refund less an administrative fee of SAR 200.00
No refund - a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event date. Notifications of cancellations must be sent by email to: ssrcon@mci-group.com

Onsite Loss of Name Badges

Name Badges are to be worn at all times during the congress and social events.
Replacement for the loss of name badges onsite is charged at SAR 100 per badge.

Other IMPORTANT Terms and Conditions

If the payment is made after the early bird deadline the latest registration fee will be applicable and invoiced
If you cannot attend “SSRC 2024”, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague until the 21st Jan 2024. If you have to cancel registration entirely, we regret that no refunds can be made after your confirmation.
